We're a transparent company!  Our terms & conditions for all orders placed on this site are listed below for quick and easy reference:

We accept returns for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Products which are returned that are not unused, unopened and not in the same condition in which you received it will not be eligible for any type of refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Under no circumstances will a refund be issued to any other method of payment than the original method of payment used when purchased.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product or product damaged during shipment for the same item, send us an email at sales@biocornutrition.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original method of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USPS is typically the most cost effective shipping method and they do offer tracking on "First Class Package" shipments.

Shipments may be sent from any one of our warehouse locations and depending on current inventory, your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses. You will never be charged any additional shipping if this occurs. We currently have warehouses in Delaware, Utah and Florida.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and are "handed off" to local post courier services in the destination country.  Delivery times are typically 7-10 business days, but may vary drastically depending on destination country. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from BioCor Nutrition, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. If your local customs does not return the product to us, unfortunately no refund is able to be issued. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year. We correctly code the harmonization code for each product as well as correctly state the value of the product on the customs document included in the shipment.
